Yes. We only submit items we
have in stock. |
|
Ans: |
For items
that we can not find in our stock, we will contact you
regarding exchanging your item with a similar item of equal
or better quality. If you accept, we will send you the
new item at no additional cost. If not, we will refund
you your full amounts. |

“NR” stands for “No Reserve” |
|
Ans: |
We use the same item listing to create a new item.
Sometimes our web developers forget to remove “NR” from
reserve items. If the item has a reserve, you will see
“Reserve not met” next to the current item price in listing.
If you do not like to bid on items with a reserve price,
just ignore the item. |
|
Ans: |
Yes.
You send us a request with your offer price and the eBay
item number. If it is acceptable, we will create a new
store item with your offer price and we will email you the
new eBay item number to “buy it now”. |
|
Ans: |
If the item has more than 12 hours to closing, you can
contact us and request to have your bid removed. If
there is less than 12 hours, we can not remove your bid.
Someone will have to outbid you. If you win the
auction, just void the purchase. If you get a payment
reminder, just void it. When you receive the payment
dispute, accept our request to not complete your purchase. |

Ans: |
Contact
us and let us know to archive your purchase. If you

Our
entire store inventory for diamonds has a “make Offer”
option where you can give us a competitive offer. We
