Question & Answer:-

Are these actual photos of the jewelry?

Ans:

All of our items have photos of the actual jewelry unless stated in the photo description that it is not a photo of the actual jewelry. What you see in the photo is what you will receive in the mail.  Photos marked as “Not Actual Image of jewelry” are stock photos.

What are those spots in the photo?

 Ans:

We strive to keep our actual jewelry photos as accurate and true to life as possible. Once in a while, a dust speck or two may get past our photo inspections. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will inspect the physical diamond.

The image looks dull. Does the actual jewelry look dull?

 Ans:

No. All of our jewelry are bright and shiny with excellent finish.  Our images may appear dull due to the camera limitations and the trickery of light. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will inspect the physical diamond.

What magnification do you use for your photos?

 Ans:

The magnification of the final image varies from image to image. A tiny 0.10 carat diamond stud earring will appear the same size on your screen as 22K gold bangle. The actual dimensions are listed in the description.

How do you get such nice pictures of the jewelry?

 Ans:

We send our jewelry to professional photographers to take our photos. Whatever magic happens behind their doors is a mystery to us.

Can I get a photo of an item from another angle?

 Ans:

No. We do not have the facilities to take additional photos.
